The Academy of Nursing and Health Sciences at Hartford Public High School is a National Academy Foundation school. It is a college preparatory program for students in grades 9 through 12 interested in pursuing degrees in nursing and health sciences. Our highly qualified teachers prepare young men and women with rigorous, multicultural academic enrichment programs including some clinical and shadow experiences; as well as community/parent partnerships that assist them in pursuing a post-secondary education or career program.
This Academy is designed as a partnership school with the University of Connecticut School of Nursing and Capital Community College.
