Little Owls Learning Center

The Little Owls Learning Center: The Little Owls Learning Center is located on the Hartford Public High School campus. This service provides high school students, who are parents, the opportunity to complete their own high school education while their infants and toddlers learn and grow in a secure, stimulating and enriched environment.
